Garpiel Group, a leading provider of lawn, landscaping and outdoor services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Johnroe to the position of Operations Manager. In his new role, Tyler will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of our company.
Tyler joined Garpiel Group in 2014 as a member of our lawn maintenance team and through his willingness and desire to accept challenges and the hard work necessary to succeed, was promoted to manager of the division in 2016. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership and a strong commitment to our core values. His diverse skill set and unwavering dedication to excellence have made him an invaluable asset to our team.
Most recently, Tyler headed our Lawn Maintenance division and looks forward to transitioning this role to current Lawn Project Manager, Scott Barnes, a Garpiel team member since 2018. Scott will be overseeing a division with over 50 team members, and growing, annually.
As Operations Manager, Tyler will oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our company continues to deliver top-quality services to our clients. He will work closely with our production teams and managers to develop and execute strategies that drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of Garpiel Group.
