Snow Sidewalk Crew – Join our team as a Sidewalk Crew Member for the winter season, with opportunities to continue year-round. We’re seeking punctual, positive individuals who can work independently and with a team. Responsibilities include snow removal with shovels or snow blowers, salting or applying ice melt to surfaces, and other related tasks as needed.

Landscape Designer – Garpiel Group is seeking a talented and creative Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces, possess strong design skills, and have a keen understanding of plant materials.

Flower Bed Maintenance – Your role is crucial in enhancing the visual appeal of outdoor landscapes through the thoughtful planting, care, and upkeep of flower beds. You will be responsible for contributing to the creation of vibrant and well-maintained floral displays in various settings, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.

Tree & Shrub Trimmer – As a Shrub Trimmer at Garpiel Group, your primary responsibility is to enhance the visual appeal and health of outdoor landscapes by expertly trimming and shaping shrubs and bushes. This role involves working in various outdoor environments, such as residential and commercial properties. You must be able to safely operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including hedge trimmers, pruning shears, and other landscaping tools.

Fertilizer Technician – Perform duties such as fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, over seeding, and plant bed maintenance. Must be state licensed pesticide applicator in 3A, 3B, and 6. Additional categories a plus, but not required.

Lawn Maintenance – Responsible for the care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business, building, or home. Must be able to mow lawn either by hand or using a walk behind lawnmower, trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls, trim shrubs and pull weeds, rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.

Landscape Foreman– The duties of a landscape professional include planting turf, bushes, shrubs, trees, and flowers. In addition, you will install walkways, patios, decks, and other various outdoor living spaces. Must be able to use several types of power or hand tools such as chain saws, lawn mowers, tractors, clippers and trimmers.

Landscape Construction Crew Leader – Responsible for assisting and leading a landscape crew to implement landscape projects. Will keep accurate records, promote worksite safety, provide excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.
